The HLLTC is 100-percent merit-based. Those who "do" get things done. What this means is that if you are a "doer" in camp, we notice. We hold character above everything, and a person's character can only be determined by what he or she does, not just by what he or she says and thinks. Thus, doing is the first step to promotion.
But character takes time to assess. That said, as you move up through our ranks/roles, you are given ever-greater latitude to become part of the amazing story that is the HLLTC. In every sense of the words, we are a group industrious like-minds and even better friends.
Selection Process (Rank/Role-dependent)
Prior to entering the HLLTC, potential MEMBERS are asked to agree to the HLLTC's rules and policies. Click here to review the HLL Training Camp's rules and policies .
To be considered for promotion to DEMIGODS, MEMBERS must not only adhere to this camp's rules and policies but must consistently adhere over time.
Once deemed promotable, we look for three things for promotion to DEMIGODS : 1) Is the member consistently active in Discord? 2) Does the member game with us frequently? 3) Is the member in line with our ethos?

Each rank has it's own requirements for promotions. We list these requirements as expectations or "key character traits". These character traits stack. What we mean by this is that the rank/role expectations for GODSQUAD include the rank/role expectations for DEMIGODS. The expectations for DEMIGODS include the expectations for MEMBERS.
Key Points to Note About Promotions
As a community of industrious like-minds and real friends, we absolutely want to get to know you. Of course, getting to know everyone is difficult with so many members, but we do our best. And the best way to get to know you is to talk (text and voice) and play together. As our primary game is Hell Let Loose, it is HLL that we are most focused on and concerned about. So, text/voice discussions and gaming frequency in HLL channels are crucial for promotion. However, as we expand, new opportunities are becoming available. Above all (and this cannot be stressed enough), the HLLTC's promotion system is designed to develop trust. Trust is earned over time. Therefore, we are looking for Discord activity and frequency of play that is reliable. Simply put, you're here and your involved.
Gaming communities have extremely high turn-overs. Three to four weeks of sustained activity is a fair guide to whether or not a new member is here to stay or simply passing through.
Once a member of DEMIGODS, you are on your way here in the HLLTC. Our leadership works tirelessly to provide as many opportunities as possible for our members. Our chief goal is the purpose-driven gaming experience. We are a community of substance and, in that, we want our members to be proud of the time they spend with us gaming. As more and more of our lives are lived online, ask yourself this: Would you have it any other way?
The ranks/roles listed in the Ranks, Roles, Promotions category detail the expectations and requirements for successive promotions. Regardless of the rank/role, members are hand-picked by their peers. Promotion is determined by a unanimous vote. All promotions are presented to select candidates as offers. Ranks/roles may be resigned at any time. QUICK LINKS for Ranks/Roles RECRUITERS (Top-teams Reps) ADMINS (COMMANDER and ARCHITECT Incl.)
